Refunds
We do not offer refunds for services rendered. We will work tirelessly to ensure you love your hair based on your original consultation.
Products can be exchanged if used minimally by your next service.
Cancellations
We understand that life happens, we respectfully require 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes to the service scheduled. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a $25 rebooking fee will be assessed. If you no show an appointment you will not be able to book future reservations with Beauty Hive Salon.
Guests
For various reasons including "crowd control" we do not allow guests in the salon; this includes children.
Lateness
We have a 15 minute late policy. If you are running late please call and let our customer care team know. After 15 minutes your reservation may be altered to allow for the time remaining.
