that is determined by the demand on their salon time.
Guests may choose a stylist that best fits their needs and their beauty budget.
The stylist’s level of competency or creativity does not necessarily correlate to the years of experience he or she has. The training our team receives is consistent, innovative, and in-depth.
This training starts from the moment they are hired in our associate program and continues throughout their entire career with us.
